To make the experience during class enjoyable for
everyone, a few basic etiquette rules should be followed by
all students. This will ensure the most uplifting positive
environment for you, your fellow students and teachers
alike.
Please...
1) Remove your shoes before all yoga classes
2) Turn off all cell phones and any other portable devices.
Should you forget and it rings please silence the ring and
refrain from answering during class.
3) Be on time for your class. We recommend all students
arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. Should
you need to depart early, please inform your teacher before
prior to the start of class. During yoga classes we ask that
early departures take place before or after Shavasana. No
students admitted into class 10 minutes after class begins.
4) Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
5) Please bring and be responsible for your own mats,
cushions etc. Naam Yoga LA will have mats for sale.
6) Please bring water to drink to class so as to avoid
unnecessary interruptions.
7) We encourage all students to be mindful of their intake
of foods before and after class; especially the more
physically demanding classes.
8) Please refrain from chewing gum at Naam Yoga LA.
