Maya Jabbur Vinyasa  Yin Yoga

Maya’s life took a turn for the better when she finally started listening to her heart instead of her head. She left her career in search of inspiration, traveling the world, eventually leading her back to LA where her yoga practice began over 7 years ago. Her first trip to India touched her so deeply that she decided to return to a year later to complete her Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Sampoorna Yoga. Maya’s classes foster total self-awareness and acceptance of one’s personal physical limitations. She believes in our intuitive, fluid movements and encourages tuning into this, letting go of rigidity and stale energy. Breath and movement flow together as one as you cultivate an inner tranquility, being mindful of only the present moment, your personal practice and what you are capable of.
