Lila Jones Vinyasa

Lila Jones has been practicing yoga since her youth, being raised in a yogic, spiritual community. She has a profound love for yoga and the magic it can reveal. She has gratitude for the never-ending gifts this practice can bring. Yoga has taught her to live in the present and really connect with other people. She is a 500-hour yoga alliance certified teacher and has studied with Sean Corn, Annie Carpenter, Vinnie Marino and Kia Miller. Devoted to the path of yoga, healing and transformation, she teaches vinyasa flow focusing on core strength, alignment and breath. Her classes are aimed to cleanse the body of impurities, stress, and simultaneously relieve the overactive mind. By Teaching from the heart she encourages her students to keep that force, that spark, that light alive in all of us.
