Alejandra Ortiz Zumba  Naam Yoga

Alejandra is a dancer and yogi with a passion for life. She began her journey practicing ballet and connected with the liberating expression of movement. After years away from the dance floor, she was introduced to Zumba. Immediately she was hooked and became a Zumba Fitness Instructor in August 2011. Alejandra is devoted to sharing her endless energy in classes that are fun, uplifting and provide an effective total body workout. Additionally, Alejandra holds a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Texas State University and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through the Naam Yoga Therapies Program. Her intention is to inspire others through dance, yoga, meditation and healthy eating to be happy, positive and full of life!
